This week, the guys discuss binge eating, juicin', working out, B vitamins, and more.
Tie those laces and apply those nipple sheilds, it's time for race day! This week, the guys talk about what Pat needs to do to get ready for the big half marathon run on Sunday. Pat is… let's say nervous.
This week, the guys hit the snooze button a few too many times.
Just a heads up for the next little bit: I've had a lot on the go with packing and saying goodbye to friends over the past week, and expect that to carry on this week. Because of this, we won't be recording a show this week, but will record from the road early next week. Expect a much more regular posting schedule once I'm back in Ontario :)
This week, the guys talk running. Lots and lots of running. Also, a big announcement from Pat!
This week the guys change things up a bit, Pat gets off his ass, and discuss strategies around coming to believe in yourself.
This week, the guys and I talk about some pretty heavy personal struggles that I have been dealing with most of my life. I won't even bury the lede: I cry.
I struggled with the decision of whether or not to post this. I explained my thought process over on my blog so I won't rehash it here, but it basically boils down to this: I don't think I'm alone in how I feel, and sometimes being honest in front of strangers helps both of us out.
Anyway, thank you once again for listening. Now, on with the show!
This week the guys interogate Pat on his 30 day challenge progress and getting his life organized. They also discuss meditation, yoga, and Pat's strange new problem with—wait for it—undereating.
This week, the guys celebrate a big milestone, talk about starting a New Year any time you want, and how to deal with disappointment.
